Lower Back Pain Relief

Lower back pain is one of the most common conditions in those suffering from chronic pain. Our lower backs are responsible for helping us sit, stand, and move comfortably, so it’s no wonder that thousands of people seek advice, each year, on how to best achieve lower back pain relief.

As with any kind of chronic pain, treatment should always try to address the source of the problem, not just the symptoms. In many cases, lower back pain is caused by weakened abdominal muscles. Weak abdominal muscles don’t provide the proper support to the lower back, and can cause the back to pull out of alignment more easily.

There are other reasons for lower back pain, including poor posture, poor sleeping position, a bed that is too soft, as well as tension or strain placed on the back due to lifting heavy objects improperly, or due to sudden injury such as in a car accident.

There are three main treatments for lower back pain: a supportive mattress, gentle exercises such as stretching and walking, as well as rest. Heating pads may also help loosen tight muscles.

You can also get relief by making sure your office chair is appropriately supportive, and is placed at the right height and in the right position for you. Take breaks regularly throughout the day to keep your back from becoming stiff or tense.

  1. I see video. This is one of technique used for lower back pain, help to manage body and bone in correct position. In Asian countries, they has alternative way if pain from muscle pain. Using of herbal liniment which used in Boxing to cure is good way too.
